STEP NUMBER 1 TRAINING YOUR MUSCLES:

You just pretend you're holding a piece of candy on the end of your tongue  now take that imaginary piece of candy and push it up to the roof of your mouth place it right behind  your teeth and just hold it there have you got it alright for the next 20 seconds you keep that  piece of candy pushed against your palate that way you maintain tension throughout your entire  tongue and once your tongue is in place it's time for next step .

STEP NUMBER 2 HOLDING YOUR TONGUE :

 While holding your tongue in  the roof of your mouth try to hum a few verses of a song the humming creates vibrations along  your tongue which exercise the muscles around your jaw after holding and humming for 20 seconds  just take a 10-second break relax your jaw and let your tongue fall back down to the floor of your  mouth.

 You repeat this process five times in the morning and five times at night that's only five  minutes out of your entire day and that's all it .

 Make sure you release the tension in your mouth and jaw before you get  started once you're feeling relaxed then make a long "o" sound as in (over or snow )to make this  sound to close your lips around your teeth in a small oval and push your jaw downward so it  elongate your face now try to exaggerate this vowel shape as much as you can and then hold it  for three seconds after the long.

 Now it's time for the long ''e'' as in (eats or ear)to make this sound bring your jaw back your lips up and out  and your teeth forward while forming this vowel.

 Make sure your mouth stays open again hold it for three seconds then alternate back to a long . Switch back and forth about ten times for each sets similar to tongue tension you want to  practice these long vowels twice a day.

 DO EXCERCISES IN TO YOUR DAILY ROUTINE:

 One set in the morning and one set in the evening. If you're  short on time you can incorporate both of these exercises into your daily routine. For example  you could practice tongue tension while answering emails or long vowels on your drive to work it . Doesn't really matter where you do them what matters is consistency if you're consistent you'll  notice your jaw line changing before you know it.
